The process

Four steps from first call to first day.

We get to know you

A 30 minute phone call about your priorities, where you are in the hiring process, and how our sourcing, screening, and placement work. We also explain the long-term support that comes with a placement.

We commit

After the call, the Carilly team confirms we can place a high-quality nanny with your family. When you are ready to move forward, you pay a $250 deposit.

We find your nanny

Every candidate passes a national background check, motor vehicle check, reference and social media checks, and holds CPR/First Aid certification. We present 2 to 3 candidates, then schedule and attend your interviews.

You hire, we stay

We partner with your family until the right candidate is identified. We offer two hiring options: a family-employed model and a long-term contract with Carilly.

Payment & support options

Two ways to hire.

The Carilly team will help you decide which arrangement fits your family. Nanny pay is based on your budget and market availability.
