Serving Carilly families and sitters is truly Callie's joy. As a mother of four — and with firsthand experience as both a nanny and a babysitter — she understands the challenges families face when searching for safe, reliable, high-quality childcare.

After more than a decade in healthcare leadership, Callie sold her company in 2019 and founded Carilly with a single belief: finding someone you trust with your children should not feel overwhelming. Since then, Carilly has served more than 5,000 families and partnered with hundreds of caregivers across Florida, Virginia, and Georgia.

Callie is passionate about strengthening communities, supporting local nonprofits, and creating opportunities where both families and caregivers feel supported. If you ever see her around town, she'd love for you to say hello.

Hannah Knier

Training & Operational Development

Hannah leads Training & Operational Development at Carilly — strengthening the systems, caregiver support, and service standards that allow Carilly to grow without losing the personal approach families count on.

With a background in communication and organizational development, Hannah works closely with leadership to build caregiver training resources, improve operational processes, and keep service consistent across every market.

She's passionate about equipping caregivers — so families always feel the thoughtful, attentive care that Carilly is known for.

Caely serves as Carilly's Market Operator for the Hampton Roads, Virginia region — focusing on nanny and sitter recruitment, caregiver support, and connecting local families with high-quality childcare.

She works closely with prospective sitters and nannies through the hiring and onboarding process, making sure every caregiver joining Carilly reflects the company's values: professionalism, reliability, warmth, and safety.

With a heart for both families and caregivers, Caely is helping grow Carilly's presence in Virginia — without losing the relationship-centered approach the company is known for.

Ali leads Marketing & Brand Support at Carilly while also operating the Savannah, Georgia market. In her dual role, she supports the ongoing growth and visibility of Carilly through social media, marketing coordination, and community engagement — while bringing Carilly's personalized childcare model to families across Savannah.

With a strong passion for relationship-driven service and thoughtful communication, Ali helps maintain brand consistency, strengthen community presence, and support the continued growth of the Carilly experience across markets.

She also assists with local caregiver recruitment and family support in Savannah — helping families connect with trusted childcare tailored to their needs.
