Hey Lakeland! It’s time to get out and see your city. Whether you are out for date night, a girl’s night or a day with the kids, take time to get out and appreciate all our big, little city has to offer.
Lakeland has exploded in population and development over the past decade, and this includes our quaint downtown area. It’s just fun to walk around, gaze at the beautiful brick architecture and see all the history we have to offer. Have you ever looked at the dates on some of our downtown buildings?! Many are well over 100 years old!
We have made it just a little more fun for your walk downtown by creating this “Downtown Lakeland Scavenger Hunt”. Use the point system to have a competition with your friend groups or just take the kids out one free day and see how many you can find. You’ll pay attention to some detail you may have never noticed about our downtown area.
Don’t forget to visit some of our local small businesses and coffee shops while you’re at it!
