These Terms are entered into by and between you and Carilly, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Carilly,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms”), govern your access to and use of www.carilly.com (the “Website”) and any associated mobile application (the “App”), including all content, functionality, and services offered.

Sitters

By registering, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Consent to background checks

Families and Groups

You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of securing childcare or related services.

Limitations of Carilly’s Role

Carilly is a platform that connects families and service providers. We do not:

• Verify all user-submitted content
• Guarantee the accuracy of profiles or reviews
• Supervise, control, or employ Sitters
• Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services

You agree to make your own independent evaluations when engaging with other users.

You release Carilly from any claims arising from disputes between users.

Payments and Fees

Carilly facilitates payments through the platform.

By using the platform, you agree:

• All services booked through Carilly must be paid through the platform
• Carilly may charge your payment method for services, fees, and applicable charges
• Fees may change at any time

Payments are processed through Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms.

Circumvention Policy

You agree not to bypass the platform to arrange services directly.

Violations may result in fees, including:

• Sitter circumvention fee: $100
• Family circumvention fee: ranges between $500 – $2,500 depending on arrangement

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS communications through a web form, mobile application, or other method, you agree to receive text messages from Carilly. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Booking updates and service notifications
• Internal and external communications
• Customer support responses
• Occasional promotional messages

Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
